They went with the cheapest carrier imaginable, which has a reputation for losing packages. I included my order details in the email and got back a generic response saying they couldn't locate my info and asking me to provide specifics. Clearly nobody actually read my message.
After just 3 weeks of wearing my $200 hoodie, the pocket seam started coming undone. You'd think something at that price point would hold up better than this. Not coming back to Psycho Bunny.
Don't waste your time trying to order from outside the US. I switched my region to another country and set currency accordingly, picked items, and tried checking out. Wouldn't go through. Contacted their support to ask why. Turns out they display American inventory no matter where you're shopping from, and availability in other markets is a complete guessing game until checkout fails. It's 2024. Fix your system and stop wasting people's time.
Stay away from that location in the canyon area - their staff is terrible and has basically no customer service skills. I'll never step foot in there again. All I wanted to do was exchange a birthday gift shirt I got for a bigger size of the exact same item. It turned into a nightmare. The guy working there not only used slurs and got aggressive but also called security on me after suggesting we take it outside. Called the main office and hours later still nothing resolved.
STEER CLEAR OF THESE OPERATORS. I bought a shirt at their location up north. Tried it on and it was a size 5. When checking out I asked the employee to ring up another size 5 in a different style. When I got back home, I discovered he'd accidentally grabbed a size 6 instead, which was way too large. Since it was a 70 dollar shirt I made the effort to drive to their west side location to swap it for the correct size. It had zero wear, all tags attached, and the receipt was in the bag. They refused the exchange saying they don't do swaps between locations. Their employee made the mistake and the shirt was completely new. I've contacted their support email repeatedly over the past week and haven't heard back. They got their 70 but lost my loyalty. I'm now actively telling people to avoid this brand despite how cool the logo is. Multiple chances to make it right, nothing.
After posting a couple of negative reviews that were completely accurate, I'm here to say things finally worked out right. Ordered items, got proper tracking, and the full order actually arrived as expected, not in pieces. Best experience since mid-2023. Hoping this continues. One small issue is tracking updates sometimes disappear for 5 days straight, which gets stressful, but the order came through.

Visited their BC and HI locations and got excellent service both times. Haven't done mail order since shipping to my place is too pricey. Found them first in Vancouver and while the prices were steep with currency conversion, it was actually better than US rates. Started off skeptical about the aesthetic but their polos, tees, and hats are genuinely well-constructed. Grabbed a hat, beanie, and tee in Vancouver and have made purchases at the HI store through 2024, so I'm definitely on board now. One thing that's annoying is the line dry requirement. Wish they'd redo their shipping fees to my area so I can access items only available online.

The Vancouver store was my first taste of the brand and though it's expensive with exchange rates, it was cheaper than US prices. I was uncertain about the style at first, but their polos, tees, and hats are built to last. Picked up a hat, beanie, and shirt in Vancouver, then got more stuff at the Honolulu location in 2024, and now I'm totally hooked. The only real downside is you have to line dry everything. I'd love if they'd reconsider their Hawaii shipping costs so I can get exclusive items.
ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE COMPANY. My wife ordered 2 polos for Father's Day and they sent the wrong items. She's been going back and forth through email with no resolution. They sent us a return label for stuff we never received. What a mess and absolutely nobody seems to care. Shop elsewhere.
