Sorted by: Most recentThis website is a nightmare. Shoes arrived with no invoice included, and the packaging can't be reused for returns. You have to pay your own shipping costs to send things back. Then they say it takes 1 to 2 days to email an invoice but never actually send it. On top of that, they only give you 30 days to make a return. Skip this place entirely and go somewhere like Zappos instead. Anything would be better than dealing with Rack Room.
Went into the Rack Room location at Tangier Mall in Baton Rouge and had a terrible experience with the sales associate Jessica. She was very rude and didn't even greet us when we came in, acting frustrated the whole time. I spoke to the manager about her attitude. After they supposedly talked to her, things somehow got worse. At checkout she didn't thank us and under her breath said something like we didn't have to be there. That was the last straw. Never going back to that store.
Got my shoes in the mail only to discover they still had a security tag attached. I'm sending them back, but the customer service experience was pretty disappointing. They won't send a replacement until they receive my return first. Also, the shoes arrived in a plastic bag that can't be reused, so I had to find my own box to ship them back. Not impressed.
