Found feces on the toilet seat and stagnant water sitting in the bottom of the refrigerator in a room I paid extra for. The space was cramped and hasn't been updated. Someone unlocked and opened my door from outside without permission twice during my stay. It made it nearly impossible to get any sleep. Would not stay here again and can't recommend this location to anyone.

We had a reservation at the Charlotte airport location with confirmation in hand, but the desk staff couldn't locate it and insisted we book through the website again. The whole place seemed sketchy, so we went with another hotel instead. What's worse is they charged my card for a night we never stayed. I tried reaching the manager for two days with no luck, so I disputed the transaction with my bank. This chain is an embarrassment and should be shut down immediately.

Stayed at the Dayton location on Dryden Road on a Saturday in early August. Everything looked brand new with updated flooring, furniture, and air conditioning. Had a great stay for the price, and the staff was friendly and welcoming too.

We arrived late at night during a hectic time at the front desk, and there was lots of confusion. Despite the chaos, the team was incredibly helpful and worked hard to get us a comfortable room. They really exceeded expectations.

This place has been fantastic. I came for a family visit and ended up staying for a month. Got to know lots of great people during my time here. One guy named Blake was especially kind, showing me cool spots around the area and being super helpful the whole time.

Jasmine at the front desk has incredible customer service abilities and deserves a promotion and raise. While the hotel is undergoing renovations, the staff handled our room issue gracefully by moving us without any hassle. I booked through a third party site and there was a mix up, but they let us stay past checkout to resolve it. For the price point, it's a great value, and there's an excellent restaurant attached to the property.
