What Shoppers Say About Revtown
Revtown is rated 1.6 out of 5 by 15 shoppers, with the vast majority expressing significant dissatisfaction. Common complaints center on sizing inconsistencies despite following provided guides, strict return policies with restocking fees (ranging from 10 to 30 percent), poor product durability (pockets tearing after minimal wear), and unresponsive or unhelpful customer service when issues arise. Shoppers report particular frustration with the online-only model that prevents trying items before purchase, combined with restocking fees on exchanges and returns. A small number of reviewers praise the comfort of the jeans and describe customer service as helpful, though these positive experiences are heavily outweighed by negative reports.
The recurring pattern across reviews suggests systemic issues with quality control, sizing accuracy, and return policies. Multiple shoppers specifically mention receiving damaged items or products with defects after light use, and describe difficulty getting meaningful resolution from customer service. The restocking fee structure appears to be a major point of friction, particularly when combined with sizing or quality problems. Shoppers consistently recommend avoiding the brand in favor of competitors.

Sorted by: Most recentI had a really frustrating time dealing with Revtown. Since they're online-only, you can't try anything on first. I followed their sizing guide perfectly and it was completely wrong. When I exchanged for a different size, they hit me with a restocking fee. The replacement arrived damaged. I tried to exchange that pair and they wanted to charge another restocking fee while only giving me partial credit. They don't have a phone number to call, and three emails over two months went unanswered. The sizing advice isn't helpful, the products arrived damaged, they charge fees for their mistakes, and there's basically no customer support. I wouldn't suggest buying from them.
Really impressed with this company. Their customer service team goes above and beyond to help if you have questions. The jeans are super comfortable and feel like they're built to last for years and years.
Purchased a pair of their dark indigo jeans in the Sharp fit. After wearing them less than 10 times within a month, the pocket lining ripped away from the denim and created a huge hole. I reached out to customer service asking about an exchange or return, got a generic response back, and then nothing. No follow-up despite sending several more messages. This is a total scam for over $100 a pair. Skip this company entirely.
They Charge a $10 Handling Fee When You Return Items - Skip Revtown Altogether. I sent back a sweatshirt that fit horribly and felt super rough and stiff, only to discover they were charging me a 30% restocking fee on top of that. Do yourself a favor and buy from somewhere else instead.
Avoid this place, there are way better options out there. I ordered a pair through FedEx, tried them on, and removed the tags. Then I decided to exchange them for a different size. The jeans were still creased and had never been worn or washed. The tags were off, so they told me no returns allowed, period. I even asked if an exchange was possible and they said no way. These jeans aren't cheap either. There are lots of other American-made jean companies that are worth looking into instead.
Ordered the same style and size jeans twice at different times in different colors. When the second pair arrived, it was 2 inches longer than the first pair, even though they were supposedly the same size. It might as well have been a different size altogether. I can't even wear them. When I asked Revtown about exchanging or getting credit, they refused.
I have to back up everyone saying Revtown has shockingly bad service. I placed my order on mid-June and it still hadn't shipped by early July. I sent multiple emails and got excuse after excuse, mostly about nationwide shipping delays. That's funny because Amazon doesn't seem to have any shipping problems. If they don't have the product in stock, they shouldn't make it look available and then blame everyone else for the delay.
I purchased two pairs of men's jeans right before Christmas to ship to Canada. One pair was too large and the other had one leg noticeably shorter than the other, which meant they were unwearable. We contacted customer service, got a return label, and shipped both pairs back. Revtown confirmed they received the jeans, but seven months later we still haven't gotten a refund to our card or any response to three separate emails requesting to speak with a manager. We're out over $350 when you add in the jeans, exchange rate, shipping, and import fees. This is too much money to ignore, but the company has completely ghosted us.
Had a really bad experience with this company. They sent me the wrong size and then made returning it complicated and costly. Very disappointing overall.
