Somehow 7 items had their quantities changed to zero on the final receipt, but there was no notification or flag to let me know half my order got cancelled.
Really sad about how this place has changed. They used to be one of my favorite shops but now their customer service is basically gone and their operations are a mess. For a retail company, having only email support is unprofessional and unfair to people who can't use email. The new owners clearly can't handle taking orders, processing them, or getting packages out on time. I had to wait over a month before two separate orders both got cancelled after getting nothing but runaround. It's been over a year of problems now. This should have been fixed by now, honestly.
Ordered in December and almost 4 weeks later, my order is still stuck in processing mode. Emailed customer service twice and got nothing back. I can't afford to lose that money. This store used to be my go-to place, but I'd recommend looking elsewhere now.
