I had a gift card from this store and they refused to use it. They said that since the company got bought by new owners, they're not honoring old gift cards anymore. But it still has the store's name on it and the original receipt. This is ridiculous and feels like a scam.
Used to have good experiences ordering clothes from here. Recently got a pair of skinny jeans with embroidered details and a romper, but they sent me plain jeans instead. The sizing was also way off. A size 12 used to fit perfectly, but now they run small. I had to ask for a refund because the order was wrong.

I'd give them zero stars if I could. This place is ripping people off. Don't buy from them. I spent over $140 and got absolutely nothing. Instead they sent me a cheap blue t-shirt I never even ordered. When I emailed them multiple times, they just made excuses and I never got my order or my money back. Save yourself the trouble and shop elsewhere. Their customer service is a complete joke.

I'm writing this to ask you to bring back the cotton leggings. You haven't had them for over a year. The Leni leggings you carry now are super thick and uncomfortable. I love shopping in your stores, but if I have to buy cotton leggings elsewhere, that's where my money's going. The Leni leggings deserve a 1 out of 5.
