I was really let down by the quality of this product, especially considering how much I paid for it and all the marketing about it being premium. I've only carried this thing for about three days and the elastic is already torn up. Before that happened, I had to get three different replacement parts sent out because stuff kept breaking. It feels like I'm constantly dealing with something that shouldn't need fixing at all. Ridge is supposed to be all about making durable wallets that last, but that's the opposite of what I got. The elastic band isn't holding up, and honestly the whole build doesn't match the price tag they're asking for. What really stinks is I'm past the return deadline now, even though I barely used the thing. I would totally send it back if the window was still open. For what they're charging, the craftsmanship is just not there. I can't tell anyone to buy this wallet.
