A dress I received had a broken strap, and after asking for pictures multiple times, they ghosted me completely. Don't shop here if you value your money.
I have mixed feelings about this retailer. Shopping in a physical store is much better for me. Their online store is not something I'd recommend to anyone who needs their order by a specific date. Timing was critical for me and their website was misleading. They say they 'try' to ship within two business days, which is vague and unhelpful. When I asked about actual shipping timelines, they gave no clear answers. I ordered January fifth and didn't get my package until January twentieth, so it took over two weeks. UPS wasn't the problem since they delivered on time. When I mistakenly reordered with the wrong color and tried to cancel within an hour, they said cancellations aren't allowed once placed.

Wanted to send back some white slides because they had a visible defect on them. Customer service requested photos, which I provided, then claimed the shoes had been worn before. That's absolutely false and I could prove it if I could post pictures here. The way they handled the return was completely unacceptable. Stay away from this company.
This company uses deceptive marketing tactics regarding expedited shipping. They show a next-day delivery option with a surcharge, but hide the fact that orders take 6 business days to process first. When I asked for my shipping fee back, they refused, claiming the delivery time was acceptable once processing was complete. This is a misleading way to do business.
Would rate them zero if the system allowed it. Their customer service is nonexistent. Fair warning: once you buy something, don't plan on returning it, even if the tags are still on and you paid full price. You'll be out the cost of return shipping too.
