Would give zero stars if I could because this is the worst service I've ever experienced. Placed my order on December 29th and their website promised delivery within 5 business days. After a long wait, I discovered today that my order got cancelled with zero explanation. Didn't get any notification about it. My refund hasn't shown up on my card. Can't get anyone from customer service to respond. I'm done with Rockport. They took my money, wasted my time, and I ended up with nothing.
