Had a pretty frustrating time both at the physical store and ordering online. When I stopped by to look for polo shirts for my husband, nobody greeted me or offered any help while I was browsing. I decided to try ordering online instead and placed an order for four polos. Only one arrived on time, and the other three never showed up. I sent an email asking what happened, but got no response. A second email also went unanswered. When I finally called customer service in January, they told me that the email address I'd been using wasn't being monitored, which was news to me since I wasn't warned about that. They eventually confirmed the remaining shirts had been shipped, but it was never clear why they weren't sent originally or got lost. I did get an apology for the slow communication, but there was no real accountability taken for the order issue itself. All around, both my in-store visit and the online ordering process left me let down.
I was surprised by some of the negative things I'd read because my experience was completely different. Today I went to their store to ask about exchanging a shirt that didn't fit right. Even though I'd bought it somewhere else, the team bent over backwards to help me out. No hassle at all, just friendly and helpful service from start to finish.

I've been shopping with you for over two and a half decades, but I'm seriously thinking about taking my business elsewhere. I'm really disappointed because something has clearly shifted, probably after the ownership change, and it seems like making money matters more than quality now. I used to be so proud wearing their clothes into important meetings because I knew the quality was exceptional. But things have gone downhill in several ways. First, you switched from subtle small logos to big in your face ones that I just don't want to wear. Second, a lot of your clothing doesn't even show the logo anymore, which seems to defeat the purpose if that's what made the brand recognizable. Third, and most importantly, the material and stitching quality has dropped significantly. A t shirt now falls apart after six months when they used to last years. That's why you're not getting repeat customers like me anymore. You've ended up at the same tier as generic retailers now, when you used to be something special.
I was looking for a shirt without a chest pocket. Found one on their website with photos showing no pocket and nothing in the description mentioning one. Ordered it and when it arrived, sure enough, there's a chest pocket. This feels like misleading product information. Definitely be careful reading what you're actually getting when you shop on their site.
I do like how these boots look and fit, but they've been a letdown quality wise. The soles started peeling apart at the heel within less than a year of wearing them. My other boots have way more durability and will last much longer. If you're going to wear them regularly, these aren't your best choice.

The way the younger staff members treated me was completely unacceptable. I've been a loyal customer for three decades and have always been a good one too, as your records will show. I went in to get two pairs of pants and two shirts, and was met with really disrespectful behavior from one of your employees. His attitude toward me because of my age was just appalling. I walked out and went to another menswear shop down the street where I got better clothing for about the same price and actually felt welcomed. I won't be stepping foot in your store again.
