They've stolen money from me three separate times. December, January, and today. I bought a lip liner in November as a present and they've been charging me every month since then. I never agreed to this and they keep billing me for the same product repeatedly. If I don't get back every single penny they took, I'm taking legal action. This is absolutely unacceptable.

DO NOT ORDER HERE. I bought some eyeshadow and my total came to 17.50 dollars after taxes with free shipping. I paid through my digital wallet and somehow ended up being charged 47.17 dollars instead. Maybe they made a huge mistake but I doubt it, and that's way too big of one to ignore. I will never shop with this company again.

DO NOT BUY. I've been following the creator for a long time and when I finally had the money, I wanted to support the brand. I placed my order on February 10th and realized 11 days later I didn't have a tracking number so I emailed support saying it would take 7 to 14 business days to process. I waited. Then I emailed again on February 26th with no response, again on March 1st with no response, and on March 5th asking for a refund with still no response. I also tried messaging on Instagram and got nothing. Eventually I just gave up thinking they weren't going to help or refund me, so I disputed it through my payment app. Then on March 13th they finally reached out basically saying oh well, the order was delayed, and they're graciously letting me have my refund. After all that, I'm definitely not shopping there again because of how badly they handled it.

Never got my package. I reached out to them over and over, but all I got back were automated messages saying someone would help me soon. That never happened. I was really looking forward to trying what I ordered. Honestly, this is the worst customer service I've ever dealt with. I tried asking about getting a replacement but still nothing. Total scam.

Terrible experience overall. I grabbed three lip liners after seeing tons of ads and was so pumped. When my order arrived, the box was already torn open and I only got one liner instead of three. I emailed customer support and got absolutely no response. I spent 35 pounds on these and now it's just gone. The stuff I did get isn't even good quality, it barely tints my lips and fades within a couple hours. I'm super disappointed and would never buy from them again or tell anyone to.

Awful. I never got my package. It's been four months with zero explanations and no refund. Customer support barely responds and when they do it's not helpful at all. This is honestly the worst online shopping experience I've had. Seriously, do not order from them under any circumstances.
