Shipping took forever with zero tracking information. The bag looked amazing when it arrived, but the laptop compartment is too small to fit an actual laptop in it, even after sizing up. I've been asking for a return label for over two months now with slow replies and empty promises. Just avoid ordering from them.

Skip this company. They don't honor their return policy like they claim. Bought a laptop bag that looked decent at first, but the padding was basically nonexistent. The inside felt like cardboard that someone just stitched in there. I reached out about returning it on the day I got it. Their site says 30 days, but they gave me the runaround for the full month. They kept saying they'd get me a return label but never actually sent one, even after many back and forths. Plus the bag came from India, so these aren't made in America like they suggest. Won't be ordering from them again.

Total scam from these people. They market themselves as a wholesome family business, but here's the truth: their products come from Mexico. My wife bought two purses and both fell apart within three months. When she tried to get them fixed, they wanted her to ship them overseas and wait two to three months just to fix a zipper. They claim their stuff lasts forever, but it's junk. Don't trust them. Save your money and go somewhere else.

Paid extra for the fastest shipping available, thinking I'd get my order right away. Turned out the store took 10 days before even handing it off to the carrier I was already paying for. Defeats the whole purpose of spending more money. On top of that, I emailed customer service multiple times and got absolutely nothing back. No response, no follow-up, nothing. Terrible experience all around. Can't trust this place with your business if you care about fast service or professionalism.

They definitely live up to their promise about lasting forever. They're pricey and heavy, and maybe not everyone's style, but if you want leather that won't quit even under serious use, you won't beat these. Great customer service from the team too.

Sending in my bag for repairs under warranty was super easy and Saddleback handled everything. After 17 years with my original purchase, they honored the warranty and sent my bag back looking like new. If you want quality leather goods, this is definitely the place to go.

Prices are fair and orders ship quickly. This company's got my loyalty for sure. Started buying from them five years ago and still getting stuff today.
