My Serta Heated Mattress Pad Ruined My Mattress! I got this heated pad back in early 2024 through Amazon and set it up following all the instructions provided. Everything was working fine until recently. My husband kept mentioning a hot spot developing under where his pillow sits, but I didn't notice anything myself. The manual said this was normal when your body is in contact with the pad, so I didn't worry about it. When I changed the sheets a week or so later, I spotted a dark stain on them, but nothing showed on the pad itself so I figured it was just a sheet problem. Then during the next sheet change, I realized the mark was actually on the pad now. Once I lifted it off, I discovered a nasty burn mark on my actual mattress underneath, which completely destroyed my warranty coverage. The pad itself is labeled as being owned by E&E Co., LTD based on the manufacturing tag.

Mattress Softened Way Too Quick We bought a firm model and it started losing its shape after just six weeks. You can clearly see body indents all over it and it feels pretty soft for something labeled as firm. When the company sent someone to check it, they said it was fine and that deep indents are normal. Apparently they think showing 40mm depressions is acceptable. Definitely won't be buying from them again.

Terrible Experience with Defective Mattress The Serta mattress I bought turned out to be faulty right away and caused me serious back issues. The furniture store required me to pay $50 just to have someone come inspect it and confirm there were actually defects. Then they wanted another $100 to deliver the replacement. I shouldn't have had to fork over $150 extra because both the manufacturer and retailer sold me something that didn't work. On top of that, they wouldn't let me pick a different style of mattress. I was stuck getting the exact same model that had failed me in the first place, which makes no sense.

Memory Foam Pillow Is Just Recycled Junk I bought their copper infused memory foam pillow and I gotta say it's one of the worst pillows I've ever owned. The whole thing is stuffed with shredded up scrap foam. They market it as premium but they're basically just filling it with leftover garbage from making their mattresses.

Great Mattress But Awful Delivery Experience The actual Serta mattress from a high end resort was fantastic so we ordered one right away after staying there. My main complaint is with the shipping company they use. They missed two separate delivery windows and when I tried calling their customer service, they were useless. It's frustrating that Serta keeps working with this delivery company. I've even been looking into their stock performance as a potential investment move.

Zero Star Rating for This Scam Company I wish I could give zero stars. I purchased a final model mattress that was marked down as is. When I asked the sales person what my options were if something went wrong, he told me to deal with the manufacturer directly. Fast forward one year and my $925 mattress is completely sagging and useless. Serta's response was an email saying as is items have zero warranty protection. This company operates like a scam and you should avoid them.

Hybrid Mattress Falls Apart Way Too Fast Got a hybrid model from a furniture store last year and I'm dealing with the exact same problems everyone else is describing in these reviews. The mattress started sagging on one side and now there are huge lumps throughout. My back hurts constantly. This mattress looks ancient even though it's only been a year. Cheap Quality Backed by Meaningless Warranty Don't get fooled by the warranty claims. Read the fine print carefully on that 10 year guarantee because it barely covers anything. You're better off buying from someone else.
