Everything was working fine until recently. My husband kept mentioning a hot spot developing under where his pillow sits, but I didn't notice anything myself. The manual said this was normal when your body is in contact with the pad, so I didn't worry about it. When I changed the sheets a week or so later, I spotted a dark stain on them, but nothing showed on the pad itself so I figured it was just a sheet problem. Then during the next sheet change, I realized the mark was actually on the pad now. Once I lifted it off, I discovered a nasty burn mark on my actual mattress underneath, which completely destroyed my warranty coverage. The pad itself is labeled as being owned by E&E Co., LTD based on the manufacturing tag.
Mattress Softened Way Too Quick We bought a firm model and it started losing its shape after just six weeks. You can clearly see body indents all over it and it feels pretty soft for something labeled as firm. When the company sent someone to check it, they said it was fine and that deep indents are normal.
