Warranty Support Treated Us Unfairly My grandmother's chair broke down and we've been trying to get warranty service since late 2022 but still haven't gotten anywhere. The motor had a five year coverage and we filed the claim right away. We've dealt with multiple departments and contractors but the inspection report is still incomplete. The warranty company keeps saying they'll close the ticket because of missing paperwork, yet they won't help us figure out what else they need. Nobody's returning our calls and the company won't actually help or replace the chair. They just sent a replacement remote without even knowing what the original problem was. This feels like we're being given the runaround.

Purchased Queen Mattress That Failed Immediately Bought a queen size Serta from a local furniture store in North Carolina and within seven days there was a huge depression forming in it. When I went to get a refund, they refused because there was a tiny mark on it from my grandson. That's absolutely crazy when the whole bed was already falling apart! The mattress was clearly defective. It probably sat around in storage for years before I got it. I paid over $700 for this junk.

Low Quality Mattress with Immediate Issues Don't bother with this brand. The mattress quality is really poor and mine started falling apart in just three months. You're better off looking elsewhere for your bedding.

Impossible to Get Any Customer Support My Serta mattress is less than two years old and it's already sagging like crazy. The real problem is I can't actually reach anyone at customer service to deal with it. The mattress retailer just keeps telling me to contact Serta directly and nobody will help.

Repeated Problems and Terrible Support We bought our mattress back in 2012 and had to get it replaced in 2017 because it was sagging badly. My wife weighs around 105 pounds and her side sank just as much as mine even though I'm almost three times her weight. We ended up replacing it again in 2020 for the same sagging issue. Now in 2022 I contact Serta about another replacement but they refuse, claiming the 10 year coverage ended a few months back. I was in the hospital dealing with COVID back in late 2021 and I'm still recovering, which is why I couldn't deal with this sooner. I asked them to take another look at my situation but haven't heard anything back in over a week. Meanwhile they managed to turn down my claim in just a couple of days. This company is terrible to work with and the mattresses just don't hold up.

The mattress company said to call the retailer. The delivery company won't even talk to you unless they call you first. This is just passing the problem back and forth. I gave up my old mattress thinking this would arrive and ended up sleeping on my couch.

Love the Feel but Experiencing Back Pain I've had my Serta for six months now and I really enjoy how it feels. The construction seems solid and well made. However, I've started waking up with lower back discomfort most mornings. I'm guessing this might just be my body adjusting to a new mattress and hopefully it'll get better over time.
