Two days later, I got an email that my order was cancelled due to a technical problem with the discount code. For this mess-up, they gave me a ten percent off code as an apology. Then customer service asked me to reorder with the same original code, but somehow for a smaller discount amount now. And that ten percent compensation code won't even work together with the original one. What is going on here, are you running a legitimate business or not? You get customers to place orders and then cancel them whenever it suits you. How does SharkNinja get away with changing discount percentages whenever they want after putting them out there publicly? I asked customer service what assurance I had that they wouldn't cancel this code again or cut the discount further. Just wanted to share what happened to me in case it helps others avoid this headache.
The shipping cost for these lightweight vacuum filters is absolutely outrageous. You'd think they're coming all the way from overseas, but nope, they ship from within the country. Total rip-off pricing.

Before I bought the product, I sent Shark an email asking if the warranty covered where I live, and they said yes. If they had said no, I never would have purchased it. Now they're saying the warranty doesn't work in my country. That makes no sense. They should have been upfront about this before the sale.
