I understand companies sometimes don't want outside ideas, but their response was pretty harsh. They basically told me in all caps that they DON'T ACCEPT UNSOLICITED IDEAS with no thanks or kindness about my effort. A simple thank you for reaching out followed by an explanation of their policy would've been way better. The whole tone felt rude and dismissive, and honestly it made me think twice about supporting them going forward. Hopefully they'll see this and realize that being polite and professional matters to customers.
I placed an order for a vinyl back in the summer that was supposed to arrive in the fall. Emailed them and they said early winter but still nothing has shown up. Just sent them another email to find out what's going on.
Don't order from them. I bought a power detect vacuum and mop combo and it doesn't work like it's supposed to. Customer service said they'd get back to me but never did. When I called again they sent a replacement that's just as broken. I waste more time resetting the thing than actually using it to clean. Total waste of money and completely useless.
The support after you buy something is basically nonexistent. Try finding replacement mop pads and you're out of luck. The stores that sell these vacuum cleaners don't stock the pads and they're not available on the Shark site either.
My order got mixed up when they shipped just one poster instead of the two I paid for. Rather than owning up to it, they basically said it was past the return window so that was my problem. I ended up disputing it with my credit card to get my money back. This whole thing was unbelievable and ranks up there with the worst shopping experiences of my life.
Shark Robot messed up my order by sending only one of the two posters I ordered. They didn't even argue about their mistake, just told me it had been over a week since delivery so too bad. I had to go through my credit card company to get refunded. It was honestly the worst online shopping experience I've had in years and totally ridiculous.

Received a damaged product and shark robot refused to give me my money back. The box itself was fine but the badge got squeezed too tight in the envelope and the plastic cracked with the paper backing totally ruined. The package came while I was away so I couldn't even inspect it when it first arrived. After buying from them for almost four years I'm done shopping there now because I won't deal with being treated like this.
Ordered some playing cards with overseas delivery not too long ago. All the reviews made me think shipping would run me $40+ and take months to arrive, but I was totally wrong.
