Grabbed some playing cards from them a while back with international shipping. I thought for sure it'd be pricey to ship and take forever based on what I'd read, but honestly I was pleasantly surprised. The items came in great condition and arrived much faster than expected. Yeah, everything from the product to taxes to shipping isn't cheap, but it definitely felt worth what I paid in the end.

These products just aren't worth what they're charging. Most items were okay despite the high cost, but a $50 button down shirt I grabbed was made of this really stiff, plastic feeling material. I liked how it looked but no way it was worth fifty bucks. Also bought a $20 standee that showed up scratched all over once I took off the packaging. Unless you really want something specific, skip shopping here because the quality is just average and everything costs way too much. Even shipping to the mainland ran me $31.

This is hands down the worst online store I've ever ordered from. My package had some kind of delivery problem but nobody reached out to help figure it out. I spent weeks going back and forth with emails and they take forever to respond. Still nothing got resolved and they're refusing to refund me because I'm ordering from outside the US. Their customer service is pretty bad and clearly has no interest in actually fixing problems. Don't waste your time ordering anything here.

Great customer service experience. I ordered a mug and shirt but got two mugs instead. I emailed their team and after they confirmed what happened they just told me to keep the extra mug and they'd send my shirt out right away at no charge. Real people handled my case too, not some automated chatbot or form response. Everything went smoothly and I'm totally satisfied.

Picked up one of their entry level robot vacuums and about 3 months in the motor just quit working. When it was functioning it worked great though. One phone call to them and they sorted everything out for me right away. That's exactly how customer service should work! I'd definitely recommend giving them a shot.

Everything showed up quickly and in perfect shape despite everything going on. I ordered a couple jigsaw puzzles and one had a missing piece. I let them know and got a response the very next day. They offered to replace it but it was already out of stock, so they just refunded me immediately by email instead. I get that sometimes defective stuff happens even with bigger companies. The products themselves matched the description and were really good quality. Plus their customer service team was super responsive, helpful, and nice. No complaints here.
