What Shoppers Say About ShowClix
ShowClix is rated 1.1 out of 5 by 23 shoppers, and the overwhelming majority of reviews reflect serious frustration with the platform. Shoppers report persistent problems with customer support staff being unhelpful and dismissive, slow or nonresponsive responses across multiple contact channels, and website functionality issues. The most common complaint involves refund policies that shoppers describe as restrictive or misleadingly advertised, with customers reporting that refund requests are denied or subjected to invasive documentation requirements. Additionally, some shoppers have experienced fraudulent or nonexistent events listed on the platform, with little recourse or assistance from the company.
A small minority of reviewers gave higher ratings, but the consistent thread across negative reviews is a lack of transparency and poor customer service when issues arise. Shoppers advise others to avoid purchasing tickets through ShowClix when alternative platforms are available, and express regret about their purchases and the difficulty in obtaining refunds even when company policy allegedly permits them.

Sorted by: Most recentCompletely unhelpful. I paid for tickets that never showed up, the show is tomorrow and their answer is to call the venue on Monday to fix it yourself. They shut down the chat without fixing anything.
Terrible experience! My flight got canceled so I couldn't make it to my event, so they nicely gave me my money back since it wasn't my fault. But then they turned around and fought me on it. They told my credit card company I should've gotten insurance and that I don't deserve the refund. What kind of company that claims to care about customers does that?
I've been using this site to get tickets for years now. They seem like they're legit, especially since a lot of the events I go to use them for ticketing. My one complaint is the site won't take my phone number. My state had to add a new area code a while back since we ran out, and it seems a bunch of websites haven't caught up yet, so my number and lots of other people's numbers show as invalid. This is frustrating since I can't always get to a printer. Otherwise the site does the job.
