Really disappointed! Spent way too much on some sunscreen samples and the carrier left it sitting on my porch in plain sight. Naturally I never received it. While I'll admit the shipping company deserves some blame, this company should be handling this with the carrier but they're ignoring my messages about it. I'm filing a PayPal dispute to get my money back.

Steer clear of this company at all costs! In early December I bought two Obagi items for just under £100. Two months later, still nothing even though they claim it shipped right away. I followed up twice and got responses saying there were shipping delays and to contact the delivery company. When I did that, they said they hadn't received it yet and told me to go back to the seller. I asked for a refund or new shipment and suddenly they stopped responding. Pretty clearly a scam operation based on all the other reviews out there. Lucky for me I used a credit card so I filed a chargeback with my bank and got my money back!

Got two bottles of SkinCeuticals C E Ferulic with 15% L-Ascorbic Acid. One was a gift and I opened the other. It was already brown when I opened it. Customer service basically said tough luck since it's been opened, they won't take returns. But how am I supposed to know it's already oxidized without opening the box? Terrible experience.

Placed an order about a week and a half ago after paying. Problem is I got no confirmation, no receipt, nothing showing my order actually went through. No phone number to call or contact info on the website either. This is absolutely a SCAM!!!

Terrible company. First time ordering skincare products from them for about $360 via PayPal. After I paid, no order confirmation showed up, no shipping notification either. I called and left multiple messages without getting any reply. My emails went unanswered too. When I escalated it through PayPal, they suddenly provided tracking saying it was delivered weeks ago, which I never actually received. I won't be doing business with them ever again.

This site is selling fake versions of brand name skincare. Purchased what was supposed to be an Obagi Medical product here, but after checking some reviews I decided to buy from an actual authorized retailer instead. The differences between what I got here and what's sold at legitimate stores are obvious when you look at the actual product and its packaging. Can't speak to their other items, but be cautious.

Ordered a NeoCutis product and got a grimy jar that looked old with brown cream inside. Emailed SkinMedix since there's no actual person who answers the phone and they asked for pictures. I sent them. Now when I keep trying to get this resolved, I just get copy paste responses asking for photos again or generic messages that my request was updated. What's that supposed to mean? Really unhappy with both the product quality and their complete lack of real customer service. Will never order from here again and I'm telling everyone I know to avoid them too. These products cost serious money so you need to be able to trust both the quality and that the company will actually help you if something goes wrong. No discount is worth dealing with this frustration.

Do yourself a favor and do not order from here. These people are stealing from customers. I bought several Elta brand sunscreens totaling over $150 and got nothing in return. No order confirmation, no shipping info, nothing at all. Their phone system is just an automated machine with no way to leave a message. I've tried emailing repeatedly and using their contact form multiple times and they ignore everything. I really needed this specific sunscreen because my skin is sensitive and it's the only thing that doesn't cause issues. That's a lot to spend right now and I'm shocked they did this to me. They also conveniently avoid having a public Google business listing so customers can't post reviews there. The whole situation is unacceptable.
