Total scam. Can't find any customer service department anywhere. We ordered a playpen and it's been sitting in China for weeks. Tried to cancel but got no response from anybody. Had to contact the credit card company and reverse the charge. Do not give them your money.
Total rip-off. Ordered a charger 2 months ago. Got a bunch of emails about it being processed, then shipped, but it's been stuck at some random delivery company for 6 weeks now with no real answers. Don't waste your money on this company.
Terrible experience with customer service. I bought a sweater cardigan that immediately started stretching and pilling like crazy. When I complained, they basically said too bad and told me to buy a special tool to fix it. I've owned nice cashmere sweaters before and gotten minor pilling over years. This thing looks like I've worn it for 5 years after wearing it twice. Really frustrating.

Got the same outfit in two different sizes as Christmas presents for two people. Ordered it weeks in advance and they just emailed me saying it's out of stock. Can't even get through to anybody because there's no phone line. Now the sale price is gone and even if I pick something else, Christmas is gone. Nobody tried to help at all. Awful service and honestly their prices are way too high for the quality.
