I ordered some colored bags but couldn't get rid of that new product smell, and with my chemical sensitivities I didn't feel comfortable using them right away (you can bake them to help, but I wasn't willing to take the chance). Support got back to me within a few business days with a return label, and once they got my package back, my money was refunded basically instantly. The bags themselves are excellent quality and I'm definitely planning to order more of their clear options going forward, assuming nothing changes with how well they take care of customers.
