Got a bag as a Christmas gift for my wife. Called their Bond Street location and they offered to mail it to me for £10, even though the website advertised free delivery. So I placed the order online from Italy instead. The tracking showed the package was left at my office doorstep on the high street, but I never got it. Two weeks later and I'm getting nowhere. All I'm getting are automated emails telling me to wait. Still no resolution or refund and I absolutely won't shop there again. Stay away from this company. Stella McCartney should be ashamed of how they operate.
Their online support team is absolutely awful. They give you almost nothing but the same cookie-cutter answers over and over, and there are spelling mistakes all over the place. It's embarrassing for a designer brand of their stature. I paid extra for expedited shipping that was supposed to arrive in 2-4 business days, but it never showed up on time. When I asked about it, they wouldn't refund the rush fee even though they didn't deliver what I paid for.
