Like so many others, I got a hat that was way too small. I have some older Stetson hats from when they were actually a quality brand, and they fit great. This new one I ordered through a reseller (since Stetson doesn't even carry their full range on their own website) is easily two sizes smaller than what I paid for. When I reached out to their support team asking if they could help stretch the leather hat, their response was pretty much insulting. I'm done with Stetson. They've completely lost my business and my trust.

Ordered boots from their website and now I can't get ahold of anyone. They've basically disappeared with my money. This is a scam site and you should stay away from it.

I want to warn people about returning stuff to Stetson through UPS. I bought a hat, shoes, and some shirts and when some items didn't fit (they ran small), I sent them back right away. A month later I noticed over $344 missing from my account. I emailed asking about my refund and after ten days they only offered to return $60 less, saying that was for the UPS shipping labels. When I ordered, their policy clearly stated I'd get a full refund on my original payment method if I wasn't satisfied and the items weren't worn or damaged. It's not fair to only partially refund me when I can't check sizes before buying. Think twice before shopping at Stetson.com because you won't get all your money back.
