The shades are genuinely pretty, but these products run out way too fast for how expensive they are. It feels like a total ripoff. I liked a color so much I thought I'd give them another shot despite past disappointments, but their website has a technical issue preventing me from checking out. I've spent 4 days back and forth with their customer service team trying to figure it out and finally gave up. Something's clearly not working over there. The makeup itself is nice but the pricing is absolutely ridiculous. I'm taking my business somewhere else.

This company is really disappointing. They sent me lipgloss that was clearly low quality and wasn't even properly sealed. The color is completely different from what was described on the site. I sent them proof of the problem and now they're asking me to cover the shipping cost to return it, even though I already paid extra for expedited delivery and it still came late. They're not being fair about any of this.

The Stay All Day Eye Liner doesn't live up to its name. At this price point, it performs no better than drugstore eyeliners that cost way less per milliliter. For what you're paying, the formula dries out incredibly fast, sometimes within just a few days of opening.

The eyeshadow arrived in time for my event, but unfortunately the applicator wand wasn't included. I reached out to customer service and they were fantastic about it. They asked for photos and then gave me a refund right away. The product itself had some issues so I'm taking off a star for that, but their support team absolutely deserves credit for making it right.

I got a lipstick that looked nothing like what was pictured online or what was shown on the box. I sent customer service two separate emails and got no response either time. It's disappointing because the products seem nice but their communication is lacking. Probably won't shop with them again.

I really love Stila cosmetics. The packaging is absolutely stunning and super luxurious looking. Their product formulas are fantastic too. The lingerie primer is incredible, and their liquid eyeshadows are so creamy and smooth with zero creasing, whether or not you use an eye primer. Their customer service is wonderful as well. I had a liquid eyeshadow in a recent order that broke open when I tried to open it. The team responded with kindness and understanding, and they refunded me without any hassle. To be honest, I was going through some tough stuff at the time and didn't follow up like I should have. I actually found out they'd refunded me when I was checking my bank statements one day. They made it right completely on their own without me asking. I would have preferred a replacement, but I thought it was incredibly kind of them to go ahead and refund me when I never even responded back. Their generosity during a difficult time really means a lot. It might seem like a small thing but it meant the world to me.

Picked up the stay all day lipstick and it definitely doesn't do what it claims. It also doesn't work well if you're wearing a face mask. I'm switching back to the brand I used before.

My order got left on the porch and disappeared, probably stolen. When I let Stila know what happened, they got back to me super fast and just reshipped everything without making me jump through hoops. The products themselves are excellent too. Really solid quality and really solid customer service.
