Got my package from their online store but it arrived ripped open and completely empty - nothing inside at all. I sent an email to their customer service right away but got nothing back, not even a simple acknowledgment. This has been really frustrating considering how much I spent. The packaging was handled poorly and on top of that, there's basically no support. For the price, you'd expect better.

This brand is fantastic with excellent quality. Everyone should try it because it really is a great brand. When I put it on, it felt super soft and clean. It's so comfortable that I actually fell asleep wearing it!

Horrible service. I've been a customer for years and just got a new order with 2 t-shirts. One of them fell apart after wearing it once. They offered me a 20% discount as compensation. That's insulting! This is not how you treat loyal customers. Not buying from them anymore.

Bought a hoodie in December from the Ireland site that never showed up. After months of trying to get help via email, they offered me a 60% refund, then bumped it to 70% off with 30% on the next order - both insulting offers that I turned down. Two months ago they asked for my bank info to process a refund but still haven't sent anything. They keep saying to wait because it's with the bank. This is ridiculous.
