Great phone support and solid quality products. I've been ordering online for ages, and every item has been solid. When one piece didn't fit right, I mailed it back through UPS and got my money back on my card. Wow, I'm so impressed that I'm already shopping for Christmas presents for myself and everyone! Sundance really knows how to do it right.

I'm consistently happy with my purchases from Sundance. Their clothing, footwear, and bedding hold up really well over time. When I had a quality issue with a custom piece, they took it back and replaced it without any hassle, even though returns weren't supposed to be allowed. Their customer service team is wonderful and takes time to answer your questions while you're shopping. I do miss how soft the cotton bedding used to be, but otherwise everything I've gotten has been great. Orders arrive quickly and in perfect condition.
