What Shoppers Say About Taylor Stitch
Taylor Stitch shoppers are deeply divided on the brand. Positive reviews praise the quality and durability of select items, particularly denim, the apres collection, and flannel pieces, noting that well-fitting garments justify the premium price. However, nearly half of reviewers report significant problems: pants that fit inconsistently (simultaneously snug and loose), feel stiff or cardboard-like, and overall poor fitting consistency across sizes. Quality and fit issues alone might be manageable, but customer service emerges as a critical weakness. Multiple shoppers report unresponsive support channels, with some unable to reach anyone for weeks or months. Return and exchange processes are cited as particularly problematic, especially for international customers, with shoppers describing unmet promises around expedited shipping, discount code restrictions on exchanges, and no response to repeated return inquiries. Several reviewers describe being stuck with unwanted purchases due to customer service failures and expired return windows.

Sorted by: Most recentIf you're shopping from Europe, be warned. I really like the brand and have picked up several items over time, and their jackets are fantastic. My problem is the shipping cost, especially when you've already dropped several hundred bucks. A lot of other US brands waive international shipping after a certain amount. When you pile on customs fees, you're looking at nearly double what you initially paid. Because of all those extra charges, I probably won't be ordering again.
Good quality stuff, but shipping is a real problem. I can't figure out where one of my packages ended up. Customer service wasn't really helpful tracking it down either.
Had a really bad experience trying to return something that cost me almost $50 with no clothing to show for it. Instead of fixing things, they wanted to argue over their return policy through email and lost me as a customer. They sell internationally but don't have the service to back it up. I'd suggest using PayPal for protection if you decide to buy from them anyway.
Really into this brand. Started last year and just grabbed more stuff after being satisfied with my first haul. The craftsmanship is top-notch and they ship super quick. Everything's running smooth.
Bought some chinos and only wore them a few times over the course of a year. Then I noticed the zipper started loosening on its own and would unzip randomly. I contacted customer support and they said the warranty doesn't cover it because it's regular wear and tear. How do they justify using premium materials and charging these prices if they won't stand behind a faulty zipper after just a handful of wears?
Absolutely terrible customer service. Need to swap something for a different size? Shouldn't be hard, right? I tried both email and chat four different times asking for help, and called the number on their site twice. Got busy signals and disconnects. It's ridiculous. I've spent over $500 with them recently and can't even get a basic response. There are way better companies out there that actually take care of their customers.
It costs a lot, but you're getting quality men's clothing. I believe it's smarter to own a few really nice pieces instead of a closet packed with cheap stuff. Since most people don't wear everything constantly, having fewer better quality items just makes more sense. They put out interesting designs, shipping is pretty fast, and they do occasional discounts. If you're looking to level up your wardrobe, it's worth checking out.
I'm happy overall and order from them pretty regularly, so I'd definitely recommend giving them a shot. Just remember if you do run into problems with customer service, you can always use the old-fashioned approach and pick up the phone or visit a store.
Had fantastic support here. I ran into a shipping problem sending stuff to the UK and they jumped on it within a couple hours to work it out. I've always appreciated how well made their clothes are, really solid quality. This was my first time needing extra help, but they made the whole thing painless.
Seems like they've made some changes. Their customer service team replied quickly and courteously. I purchased some pants and then wanted them in another color. Used their messaging tool but they said I'd have to cancel and place a new order instead. Also ran into an issue applying my first-time discount to the new order online, had to ask them about that. Inconvenient process, but they killed the first order and processed my refund right away. The replacement came in good time and they got me the discount refund quickly too.
