What Shoppers Say About Taylor Stitch
Taylor Stitch shoppers are deeply divided on the brand. Positive reviews praise the quality and durability of select items, particularly denim, the apres collection, and flannel pieces, noting that well-fitting garments justify the premium price. However, nearly half of reviewers report significant problems: pants that fit inconsistently (simultaneously snug and loose), feel stiff or cardboard-like, and overall poor fitting consistency across sizes. Quality and fit issues alone might be manageable, but customer service emerges as a critical weakness. Multiple shoppers report unresponsive support channels, with some unable to reach anyone for weeks or months. Return and exchange processes are cited as particularly problematic, especially for international customers, with shoppers describing unmet promises around expedited shipping, discount code restrictions on exchanges, and no response to repeated return inquiries. Several reviewers describe being stuck with unwanted purchases due to customer service failures and expired return windows.

Sorted by: Most recentLooks like they improved things. Customer service was responsive and professional. I ordered pants but then wanted a different color. I messaged through their site and they told me I'd have to cancel and reorder instead of just changing it. Also had trouble applying the first-time discount to my second order, so I had to reach out about that too. A little annoying, but they cancelled the original pretty quick and refunded me. My new order arrived fast and they refunded the discount right away as well.
The actual products are gorgeous, with great sourcing and a timeless American vibe that'll never go out of style. But the customer service is a nightmare. I've contacted them through every channel I could find to speed up a refund, and each time they promised quick action but never followed through. All I wanted was credit to buy something different, not even my money back. Their stuff sells out fast, so waiting around is stressful. Then my credit sat unused while I waited, and by the time they got back to me, the item I wanted was gone forever. It's maddening, and until they fix their customer service, I won't be shopping there or telling anyone else to either.
Had the same frustrating customer service experience mentioned by other reviewers. Sent multiple emails and kept getting the same auto-reply saying they're on it, but nobody actually did anything. The jeans did arrive eventually, though I never got answers to my questions or received the $30 credit from a Cyber Monday deal. Called the physical store and they said they don't handle online issues even though orders ship from there. It's tough when companies rely on crowdsourcing their operations.
