Tempur-Pedic ran a promotion offering buy one get one free on certain items, but I never received my free item. I tried calling their support team. A supervisor took my call but hung up on me without actually trying to help or even listening. When I called back and asked to speak with someone else, I got put right back through to him. He hung up again without assisting at all.

Tempur-Pedic used to be a great company but now it's just a skeleton of what it once was, focused only on profits. They're excellent at hiring people whose main job is to reject warranty claims. They just repeat the same tired line about finding no issues. I had discoloration on sheets and a mattress protector that wouldn't stay tight, with lots of wrinkles and bunching. Looking at their website warranty information, my problems aren't listed as exclusions. The mattress protector is supposed to work on mattresses up to 16 inches and is supposed to stay tight and prevent shifting and wrinkles AS SHOWN ON THEIR WEBSITE. That's either false advertising or a defect. The sheets warranty says they're free from material and workmanship issues for one year from purchase, with a full replacement if defective. There's no listed exclusion for discoloration. Yet Tempur-Pedic won't stand behind their products.

This is the worst mattress I've ever slept on. Honestly, you'd be better off pitching a tent outside or throwing a yoga mat on the floor. The quality is absolutely terrible. The mattress we got was crooked and uneven. We've filed four separate warranty claims and they keep rejecting them, requesting more photos each time (we've submitted thirty already). It seems like they deliberately frustrate customers until they give up and go away.

These have to be the worst pillows I've ever purchased. The marketing said firm but they're rock hard. Their no-return policy means I'm stuck with them, so straight to the trash they go. Total waste of money. Do yourself a favor and shop elsewhere.

The Tempur adapt topper is supposed to be three inches but it's only two and a half even after letting it fully expand. That's a ripoff.

I've never seen a company or its leadership work so hard to avoid helping customers. I bought an ergo pro smart base just over a year ago and both motors quit working. The customer service team couldn't do anything, so I dug up some executive contact info. That turned out to be even worse. Instead of actually fixing the problem and standing by what he sells, this so-called executive kept making excuses and avoiding any responsibility. Save yourself the money and trouble and steer clear of this brand.

Think twice before buying a Tempur mattress. I spent big money on their premium model. After several years, it started falling apart. The warranty process is a nightmare with tons of ridiculous steps. When we finally submitted a claim, they rejected it saying we didn't use a mattress cover, even though we had photos clearly showing the cover in perfect condition with zero damage. This company won't back up what it sells, and frankly the product quality isn't what it should be. If you want to make a smart purchase, go with a different brand.

There's really nothing else like a Tempur mattress on the market. I'm sleeping on my second one after my first got damaged. I shopped around extensively and looked at tons of other brands, including all the trendy direct-to-consumer options out there. None of them even come close. Tempur stands alone at the top. Sure, they're pricey, but the sleep quality is incredible and totally worth the investment.
