He hung up again without assisting at all.
Tempur-Pedic used to be a great company but now it's just a skeleton of what it once was, focused only on profits. They're excellent at hiring people whose main job is to reject warranty claims. They just repeat the same tired line about finding no issues. I had discoloration on sheets and a mattress protector that wouldn't stay tight, with lots of wrinkles and bunching. Looking at their website warranty information, my problems aren't listed as exclusions. The mattress protector is supposed to work on mattresses up to 16 inches and is supposed to stay tight and prevent shifting and wrinkles AS SHOWN ON THEIR WEBSITE. That's either false advertising or a defect. The sheets warranty says they're free from material and workmanship issues for one year from purchase, with a full replacement if defective. There's no listed exclusion for discoloration. Yet Tempur-Pedic won't stand behind their products.
This is the worst mattress I've ever slept on. Honestly, you'd be better off pitching a tent outside or throwing a yoga mat on the floor. The quality is absolutely terrible. The mattress we got was crooked and uneven. We've filed four separate warranty claims and they keep rejecting them, requesting more photos each time (we've submitted thirty already).
