Worst pickup experience ever - don't bother calling. I scheduled a Bagster pickup and had a date locked in. Then at 1pm on pickup day, I got an email saying it was cancelled with zero explanation or alternative date offered. Called customer service the next morning and they promised it would happen that day. Didn't show up. Called back again the following day and got the same runaround - no new date, no real answers from the rep. Then I got yet another pickup confirmation email, only to receive another cancellation email that same day with still no reschedule date provided. This forced me to reschedule all my other contractor work. Absolutely terrible. The whole thing dragged on for a full week. Would not recommend.
