What I got was standard pipe with additional fittings that increase air resistance significantly in the tubing. There's fine print that only shows up if you click 'more information' saying the bell end is out of stock and there are zero refunds on items sent. This is obviously misleading since they could simply update the photo instead of burying that information in hidden text about out-of-stock items and no refund policies.
Awful company. I called about missing items from my order and kept getting hung up on repeatedly. I was being completely respectful while asking why something wasn't delivered, but a guy just kept disconnecting me. Called back several times and he hung up every single time before I could even talk. Eventually a woman picked up, but she was very hostile and completely dismissive. She didn't try to help at all, just blew me off.
Absolutely awful customer service. No one follows up with callbacks. No one can give any information about a refund on a package I already shipped back. The products themselves are okay, but you better make sure you get the right item the first time. If you mess up and need to exchange it, you're stuck without a refund.

Nearly two months later and I hadn't heard anything or gotten any updates. When I finally contacted them, a rude rep said their supplier couldn't stock it and blamed the supplier for the silence. I asked for a refund and was told a manager would process it in 10-14 business days. I filed a complaint with PayPal instead and got my money back immediately. The item is still listed as available on their website and they keep taking orders for something they can't actually ship. This company appears to be fraudulently accepting payments for products they can't deliver, and when you object they become hostile. Do not give this company your business. We needed to stock up on central vac accessories and equipment, but we absolutely will not be purchasing from them.
After 15 years and tons of bad experiences, I foolishly gave them another chance - biggest mistake ever. Their customer support team is absolutely the worst. Super rude and unprofessional. I made 6 different calls and waited 15 days for them to ship my stuff. I'm completely done. There are way better options out there. I absolutely do not recommend this company!
I confirmed before buying that returns were allowed. After weeks of waiting, I called to get tracking info and discovered the shipment was lost. The replacement order was also delayed. I gave up and purchased elsewhere. When their package finally showed up, I phoned to start the return process. The instructions cost me $53 in UPS fees to ship back. They rejected the return and denied my refund claiming no documentation, but would I have spent $53 on return shipping if I'd known it wouldn't be refunded? I'd strongly caution anyone about trusting what this company tells you.
Called to get a replacement outer filter for my DustCare central vac. I provided the original part number but was told by them and several other suppliers that it's discontinued. I asked about a compatible replacement and they said one existed, so I bought 6. They don't work with my system. Called today for return instructions. Shipped them back this afternoon for $18. When I got home, I called asking if they'd reimburse the return shipping and got a flat no. Their policy is their policy, but the person on the phone was incredibly impatient and rude. He said he couldn't guarantee it would work anyway. When I tried explaining why it wasn't compatible and was for a different system, he just hung up on me.
