Run the other direction immediately. The customer service is beyond terrible. You can't understand half of what they're saying. They hang up on you constantly like a hundred times. They say they'll call back and never do. You get overcharged and they won't give you any refunds. I couldn't even port my old number over. They claim to be connected to Verizon but I really doubt that's true.
