I usually read reviews before ordering online, but since I know this brand I skipped it. Big mistake. Like everyone else is saying, getting help is impossible. I got an email with return instructions but didn't see it because FedEx still has my package. I tried calling the number listed multiple times but it's just Verizon. My emails haven't helped either. My advice is to think twice before ordering from them. I'm filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. I absolutely will not order from them ever again.

Their customer service is misleading. I asked for help returning something from overseas. I got one response, but when I tried following their return procedure, nothing worked. I reached out again a couple times and they just told me to check the return policy on their site, basically saying they won't actually help.

Very misleading size information. The size chart claims a 36 equals a 38-39 inch waist, but it's actually just a 36 inch waist. Plus there's no way to return it. This has happened to me twice now.

This feels like theft. I ordered two pairs of jeans from overseas and sent them back, but they only refunded me half of what I paid. Awful experience. Absolutely terrible service. I got my order and requested a return label that same day. It never came to my email. I contacted customer service about 10 to 20 times. I also called their phone line repeatedly but no one ever picks up. Still waiting for someone on their team to respond to my email so I can send this back and never deal with them again.

Terrible customer service. I placed an order without logging in and the system pulled an old address I didn't notice. I contacted them right away to fix it. They said they'd send my request to the warehouse. Then I emailed again after seeing the confirmation with the wrong address. The text contact numbers were broken, which was a red flag. When I texted someone, they were rude and acted like changing the address was doing me a favor, another red flag. When I asked for a refund, they said they don't refund orders and to just dispute it with my bank, yet another red flag. That would take forever and my package would already be shipped. Why should I have to jump through hoops because they have awful customer service? I've never dealt with worse service.

Absolutely terrible customer service and poor jean quality. My jeans split apart 3 times over just 5 months of normal wear. When I reached out to them, they ignored my concerns and offered zero assistance. I'm done shopping there and warning everyone I know to stay away. This is unacceptable.

This company needs to be investigated for its customer service and return process. They take over two months to process refunds. They only give you one shipping label, and when it arrives they claim they never got it. There's no phone support and their text and email chat is useless. They mark issues as resolved even though they're not fixed. I won't recommend them to anyone. It's honestly the worst return experience I've ever had. I still haven't gotten my refund since last December.

Definitely don't buy from them, not worth the hassle. The jeans had a defect and ripped. I sent pictures to customer service and got nothing helpful back. No empathy or understanding at all. They eventually offered me a 15% discount code, which I turned down since the item cost over $250 and only lasted a few months. For that price you can find better quality clothing elsewhere. With their terrible support, I'm never buying from them again.

I bought jeans from what I thought was their UK site, but once I got the confirmation, all prices were in US dollars instead of pounds. The jeans arrived but didn't fit, so I asked for return instructions. In the UK we're legally required to get refunds for returns, but their customer service just keeps giving me unhelpful responses. They keep referring me to the website policy and saying the issue is closed, repeatedly. It seems like a bot is handling emails instead of a real person. Years ago I ordered from them many times and returns were no problem. Now their policies have changed, their shipping is different, and their customer service has basically disappeared. I like their products, but I'm starting to understand why people call them a scam. For a premium brand, this is really disappointing. I'm taking this up with trade protection authorities.
