You can't cancel orders right away and there's no way to talk to someone on the phone. Right after submitting my order I realized the address was wrong. There was no cancel button anywhere. I emailed and texted but the agent refused to help. I even called FedEx and they said they could help if the company requested it, but the agent kept saying no and then abruptly ended the chat in a rude way. I'm never ordering from them again and I'm telling everyone about this bad experience.
