Got myself a water ionizer a couple months back, but ended up deciding to send it back for different reasons. Now that it's gone, I really wish I still had it because it actually delivered on what it claimed to do. My experience with Jeff from their team was fantastic - he handled my return in such a thoughtful and genuine way, really going the extra mile to make sure I felt good about the whole process. The machine itself is pretty big and more complicated than what I'm used to dealing with, which made me nervous about potential issues. It also pulls a lot of power and I had to flip my GFI breaker a few times when running other stuff on the same circuit. But honestly, if you're thinking about going with Tyent, I'd say go for it. They seem like people who genuinely care about doing right by their customers and they're easy to work with. Great job on everything, and thanks again for making this easy on me.

Tyent really knows how to take care of their customers with quick responses whenever you need them. A rep spent like thirty minutes with me to make sure my machine was set up correctly. The water quality is excellent and tastes really good. Their smart voice feature has kept me from making a mess more than once. Since they offer a lifetime warranty, filters are basically the only thing I'll ever need to replace. What sold me most is that their filters actually take out PFAS and Arsenic, which was huge for me living close to a military base. I feel so much better knowing my kids are getting clean water without all those nasty chemicals, and they actually enjoy drinking it instead of needing supplements. Really pleased with this purchase.
