Got the rose and ginger botanical candle as a gift for someone's birthday and it arrived promptly. Unfortunately for the price point, the size feels quite small.

I used to be loyal to this brand for years when the original owner was still in charge. I decided to give it another try recently since I remembered how great it was, but now I'm dealing with chemical burns and irritated patches on my skin and face. I spent money on their entire face and body collection as a gift to myself and ended up with damaged skin instead. This is totally unacceptable for a premium brand. After looking into it, I discovered they've switched their formulas to something inferior that's inappropriate for anyone with sensitive skin. My skin is already challenging to keep balanced, and this made it worse. I've had zero reactions to drugstore products that cost a fraction of the price. I had to get prescription cream from my doctor to help with the rash and burning. I've asked for a refund and am ready to escalate if needed.

I used to love the skin repair moisturizer back when I was a regular customer. It was exceptional, smelled beautiful, and made my skin feel amazing. But when they reformulated it a while back, the new version just isn't the same. It has a cheap synthetic smell and feels nothing like the fresh, naturally-based products this brand was known for. Now it's basically indistinguishable from any mass-market cream. When they made the change, plenty of customers voiced their disappointment and asked them to bring back the original, but they refused. Really sad about this, especially since the founder is no longer running the company.

Completely ridiculous and not made for sensitive skin at all. The brand has totally lost its way, and I don't normally curse but it's warranted here. Spent ten years as a devoted customer because the products were genuinely excellent. Now everything feels cheap and leaves chemical burns on my skin. Absolutely disgusting.

The updated product formula triggered the worst breakouts I've experienced in my life. I'd tried countless acne solutions over the last year without success, then realized my go-to moisturizer from this company was actually the culprit behind all those inflamed spots covering my face. Once I stopped using it, the breakouts cleared up completely. Don't understand why you'd alter a formula that was working fine, so I'm disappointed and won't be ordering again.

Over the years I've purchased their skin care line including cleanser, toner, and moisturizer along with their hair shampoo, and I'm consistently happy with the results. The natural ingredients work well and have a subtle fragrance, plus they're reasonably priced. Everything arrives beautifully wrapped with obvious care taken in the packaging.
