Placed an order on the website and shortly after got an email saying it had partially shipped, which made no sense since I only bought one item. I reached out to customer service thinking maybe there was a mix-up, but they kept sending me the same generic response even when I asked for tracking details. Then I got a text that my order was suddenly cancelled and refunded without explanation. When I called to ask why, the representative mentioned a system glitch and suggested I just reorder. No thanks. Honestly, steer clear and spend your money somewhere else.

I'd give them zero stars if I could. I normally buy five or more pairs of boots and heels from this company annually. This season I ordered three pairs, but only one showed up. The other two packages vanished, and their shipping partner claimed delivery happened even though there's no photo and my doorbell camera shows nothing arrived. They won't cooperate on a refund, and Vince Camuto refuses to deal with any shipping problems. I thought they stood behind their customers, but here I am a week later still waiting and ready to take my money elsewhere. Don't order from here if you can help it - their shipping partner seems sketchy and packages might be disappearing.

The shoe designs are nice but the customer service is terrible. I tried to cancel my order just five minutes after placing it and was told it couldn't be done. Is this website even legitimate anymore? I found something I wanted to buy but wasn't totally sure about sizing and needed to know if I could return it in person at a local store. I really love this item and they're the only ones selling it, plus it's been featured in some well-respected blogs. But I'm hesitant because I'm worried something will go wrong with my order or it won't arrive. They really need to fix their website and customer communication or they'll tank their own business.

I ordered two pairs of boots totaling about four hundred dollars. The delivery photo showed them dumped near a sign a quarter mile away from my house. When I went to grab them, they were already gone. Now Vince Camuto is giving me the runaround. This whole situation has been awful.

I got two pairs of slingbacks and within six months the elastic stretched out so much they keep sliding off my feet. I paid good money for these shoes. The elastic material should be better quality so I wouldn't have to take them to a repair shop to get it replaced.

Vince Camuto makes you pay when you want to return items. They ship shoes in plastic-wrapped boxes without providing an actual return box, which is inconvenient. There are tons of other retailers that offer free and hassle-free returns. I won't be shopping here again. If you value convenient online shopping, check out places like Bloomingdales, Nordstrom, Sam Edelman, Zappos, or Amazon instead.

I sent back a pair of boots to Vince Camuto but they're refusing to give me my money back. I have neither the boots nor any refund.
