Placed a pre-order for 2 Gilmore Girls advent calendars and my items never showed up. Trying to reach customer service has been impossible - their phone line is automated and doesn't work, and I haven't gotten a single response to any of my emails. I feel completely ripped off and don't know what to do next.
The AFC Richmond jersey itself was actually pretty nice when it finally got here, but wow is the customer service terrible. I called the phone number listed on their site and got an automated message saying the wireless number isn't in service. Seriously? Then I tried emailing the address they provided and every single email bounced back as undeliverable. I was convinced I'd been defrauded. I had to check my order status through a third party app and all it said was 'ordered.' Eventually I disputed the charge with my credit card company, and the store didn't even respond to the dispute until two months later. The product is decent but the support is nonexistent.
I'd give this zero stars if the system allowed it. I placed an order on December 18th and paid extra for 48-hour expedited shipping for Christmas. It's now December 30th and nothing has shipped or arrived. They estimated delivery for Christmas Eve and I've sent tons of emails asking for updates with no responses. My brother still doesn't have the gift I ordered for him.
Not impressed with how this company handled my order. They charged me for an item that was supposedly in stock but then didn't deliver it. After waiting 5 weeks without any response to my inquiry, the item finally arrived a week later. That's 6 weeks total for no good reason and no explanation. I'm done with them and suggest you go somewhere else to avoid the same frustration.
If I could give zero stars I would. Stay away from this store. I placed an order over six weeks ago and it still hasn't come. I've emailed several times asking for a refund and they won't do it. This is the worst customer service I've dealt with.
This company won't communicate with you at all. I ordered something and didn't get the 15% newsletter discount when I paid with Apple Pay, so I reached out right away to ask what I should do. Total silence. I emailed again saying I'd place a new order with a different payment method and asked them to cancel the first one. Still nothing. I reordered and got the discount that time. Now I'm stuck with 2 of the same boxset on order. I've emailed multiple times asking them to cancel the original and provide return info but I keep getting ignored. I'm out over 150 dollars for duplicate items. This is completely ridiculous and there's zero customer service to be found here.
I wish I'd done my homework first. It's simple to place an order but the items are lower quality than the price suggests. Returning stuff is somewhat easy but here's the thing - they subtract the discount from your whole order from your refund, which means you end up paying full price for whatever you keep. That feels deceptive and makes you lose trust in them. Plus the sizing is way off on certain items. Overall it was a bad experience and I won't be ordering from them again.
I've never experienced customer service this bad. I got a design tumbler as a gift for my daughter and after just two weeks of gentle hand washing, the design started peeling off. I figured they'd apologize and offer a refund or something, but instead they refused to give me anything - no refund, no store credit. Skip this store entirely.
I would rate this zero if I could. I ordered a Ted Lasso jersey and 2 mugs. They made me download their app just to track my order, which is also terrible. Eventually the 2 mugs showed up but not the 60 dollar jersey. On top of that I paid 18 dollars for shipping. Every email I've sent gets back an automated response. I've tried reaching out 7 times and got nothing. My only choice now is to dispute it with my credit card company. I will never buy anything from the store again.
