When I tried to contact them, they seemed lost and couldn't tell me anything about what was happening. Then randomly it showed up at my door. If they'd just kept me informed like they should have, I would've left a much better review. But when they ignore your emails and won't communicate, that's a big problem. Customer service communication is everything.
Just got a Ted Lasso jacket in size small when I ordered an XXL. Fingers crossed they fix this so I can change my rating. At least the jacket material itself is pretty decent quality.
Awful experience. My orders still haven't shown up and they're not replying to my emails even after a month of trying to track them down. I've contacted my bank to dispute the charges and honestly you should probably do the same to get your money back from this place.
The shipping partner they use is terrible. I watched my item get handed to the driver and within an hour they were claiming they'd already attempted delivery three times and telling me to contact the store. The customer service chatbot is just poorly designed AI that spits out chat transcripts and does nothing else. They've got the same problems as their shipping carrier.
These don't seem like authentic merchandise. I ordered a Ted Lasso hoodie and it came fairly fast, but the print quality is really bad. I don't have a return label either so I can't easily send it back for a refund. Don't make the same mistake I did.
Do yourself a favor and shop elsewhere. I ordered a Ted Lasso sweatshirt back in November and still haven't received it. You can't talk to an actual person and emails just get you a robotic generic response that seems like it's pulled from a template. They're now telling me to wait until mid-December to see if they'll do anything if it hasn't arrived by then. Great timing for Christmas.
It's ridiculous that in this day and age they still don't ship to Australia or New Zealand. This really isn't that hard - pretty much every other company figures it out.

My order shipped within a day and arrived looking perfect and exactly as pictured. The only downside was that they don't deliver to Australia, so I had to use a mail forwarding service.
The worst customer service experience I've ever had. You only ever get automated responses. There's no real phone support. Honestly, you might as well just throw your money away. I ordered more than a month ago and haven't heard anything. I even tried to cancel and they won't let me. This was the most disappointing shopping experience of my life.
I bought two Ted Lasso sweatshirts and a hat. They sent me some questionable emails about shipping delays and then claimed everything was late because embroidery takes longer. They refunded my shipping and said sorry for the mix-up, but the sweatshirt quality is really disappointing. I'm pretty sure the hat will be just as bad. You need to get your act together.
