What Shoppers Say About WB Shop
WB Shop is rated 1.4 out of 5 by 22 shoppers, with the vast majority of reviews reporting serious problems. Shoppers consistently report non-delivery of orders, unresponsive customer service, and difficulty obtaining refunds. Many describe reaching out via phone and email with no response, and several mention waiting six weeks or longer for orders that never arrived. A small number of reviewers noted that products themselves (such as apparel) were of acceptable quality when received, but this positive observation is heavily outweighed by fulfillment and service failures.
The overwhelming pattern across reviews suggests systemic issues with order processing and customer communication. Shoppers report that contact phone numbers do not work, email addresses bounce back as undeliverable or go unanswered for weeks, and the company has been unresponsive even to requests for refunds after extended delays. Several customers indicate they escalated complaints to their banks or payment processors to recover money. The combination of non-delivery, unreachable support channels, and refusal to issue refunds has led nearly all recent reviewers to advise others to shop elsewhere.

Sorted by: Most recentCustomer service is terrible. I've been trying for months to get replacements for some scratched discs with no luck.
They don't respect their customers at all. I pre-ordered 4 Funko Pops and once they ran out of stock they cancelled one of them, saying they couldn't process the payment even though they had no problem charging me for the other three. Now I'm stuck with an incomplete set and they refuse to sell me the missing one I pre-ordered. If they'd taken payment upfront like most retailers do, this wouldn't be an issue. But even setting that aside, it's wrong to cancel a pre-order months after you placed it just because they're out of stock. That's exactly why I pre-ordered it in the first place. Most stores handle this differently and keep the pre-order active. This is unprofessional and they clearly don't value their customers.
