Without hesitation, Weber shipped replacement tubes and new flavorizer bars that had corroded over time. Outstanding company to work with and I highly recommend them based on this experience.
The product itself is great, but I'm writing this mainly to praise the fantastic customer care I've received years after buying. The support team made real effort to help me troubleshoot my grill when it wasn't lighting after I cleaned it incorrectly.
