Weber provides outstanding service. My Spirit 310 model had trouble igniting in two of the burner tubes even though it's over four years old. Without hesitation, Weber shipped replacement tubes and new flavorizer bars that had corroded over time. Outstanding company to work with and I highly recommend them based on this experience.
