What Shoppers Say About WOOF Clothing
WOOF Clothing has received overwhelmingly negative feedback, with 24 shoppers rating the store 1.1 out of 5. The dominant complaint across reviews is severe customer service failure, with customers reporting months-long delays on preorders, complete lack of communication via email and chat support, and no resolution to missing orders. Multiple shoppers describe the experience as scam-like behavior, citing instances where they paid $50 to $130 and received nothing while their attempts to contact the company went unanswered. Some customers have escalated complaints to the Better Business Bureau.
The single bright spot mentioned in reviews is product quality itself. One reviewer noted that the shorts are actually good, but emphasized that poor service and lack of communication would prevent them from ordering again. Another review suggests that arriving orders have sometimes come incorrect without any customer service recourse. The pattern suggests operational breakdown rather than intentional fraud, but the lack of responsiveness has destroyed customer trust and satisfaction.

One star for this scam artist. Zero communication at all. I placed a preorder for shorts months back, paid almost $100, and they never sent it or even told me what was happening.
Awful customer service. My preorder never arrived and they won't respond to emails or chat support. I feel like I got scammed. I seriously can't recommend this company.
Awful customer service and a scam. I made a preorder in April 2024 and they've never responded to any of my messages. I spent over $50 and haven't received anything and they won't answer whether I use their chat or email support. I doubt they'll respond to this either. I'm going to be filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau.
The shorts themselves are great. But their customer service has gotten really bad. I ordered two items three weeks ago that showed as in stock (and still do). Nothing has been done and they don't answer when I ask for an update. The items and shipping have been paid for. When and if I get them, it'll be my last order. What a shame.
Their customer service is basically gone. That becomes a real problem when your last couple of purchases arrived wrong and nobody ever gets back to you. This company operates like a scam.
The shorts used to be good quality. The materials seem cheaper now though. My shorts tore in the back corner. I've reached out to them multiple times. They just ignore me. SKIP THIS COMPANY. You're paying premium prices for cheap clothing with basically no customer service!
The shorts are good, but only if they actually get to you. I ordered something over two months ago and still haven't received it. I ordered three items total. One arrived, but the other two that I really wanted never showed up. The one item I did get was just to reach a discount threshold. When I emailed them asking about the missing items, they kept saying those were on backorder and waiting for manufacturing. The issue is I didn't expect to be waiting 60 days for merchandise. When I asked for my money back, they ignored me. I ended up going to my credit card company to get a refund. Order from them at your own risk. They say things are in stock, but the popular items, sizes and colors aren't actually available. You could end up waiting forever for something you never receive while they hold your payment.
The products are fantastic, truly. But customer support is absolutely terrible. Since it's a gay-owned brand, I thought there might be better customer care. I've been a regular buyer over the years. I sent back two pairs of shorts (different sizes that didn't work or weren't appropriate for the gym) and never got a refund. Then they switched their policy to just giving store credit instead, and I never received that either. So basically they kept $130 of my money, and I'm also out the return shipping. The delivery company confirmed my return got to their facility (before they relocated) back in August 2022. I've reached out every couple months with emails and through their contact form with nothing. I didn't dispute the charges because I didn't want to hurt a gay-owned business for the items I kept from other orders, but it turned out I was the one who got taken advantage of, and now it's too late to dispute the charges anyway. Don't purchase from them if you expect customer support or help with sizing issues or damaged items.
Used to be a fan of their shorts, but I'm really let down by how they handle support issues. I wouldn't order from them again. I bought 3 shorts in my last purchase, all labeled as small. One pair came in small packaging but was actually a medium. There's absolutely no way to reach their customer service team on the website. I've sent support emails with zero responses. Tried reaching out through social media and got nothing back. There's just no direct contact option anywhere on their site. It's unfortunate because they seemed like a promising new brand at first, but they've really dropped the ball.
