What Shoppers Say About WOOF Clothing
WOOF Clothing has received overwhelmingly negative feedback, with 24 shoppers rating the store 1.1 out of 5. The dominant complaint across reviews is severe customer service failure, with customers reporting months-long delays on preorders, complete lack of communication via email and chat support, and no resolution to missing orders. Multiple shoppers describe the experience as scam-like behavior, citing instances where they paid $50 to $130 and received nothing while their attempts to contact the company went unanswered. Some customers have escalated complaints to the Better Business Bureau.
The single bright spot mentioned in reviews is product quality itself. One reviewer noted that the shorts are actually good, but emphasized that poor service and lack of communication would prevent them from ordering again. Another review suggests that arriving orders have sometimes come incorrect without any customer service recourse. The pattern suggests operational breakdown rather than intentional fraud, but the lack of responsiveness has destroyed customer trust and satisfaction.

Sorted by: Most recentTotal scam. Ordered two separate times. Each order got mailed to an address that doesn't exist. They have absolutely no customer support and won't reply to emails. This is clearly a fraudulent operation.
As someone who runs a business, I'm honestly stunned this company is still operating. The owner is catty and defensive for no reason. He blames every problem on someone or something else, and that's only if you hear back from them at all. Can't wait to spend my money anywhere but here. Based on the other reviews, you'd be lucky to actually get what you paid for.
I purchased clothing that never showed up. I tried emailing and calling but received nothing in return! Shop at your own risk!!
I'd give them zero stars if I could instead of one. Like so many other people reviewing this, I placed an order back in November 2022 and still haven't received anything. I submitted countless support tickets and posted on their Facebook page repeatedly and got nothing but automated responses saying they're a one-person operation. Update: I was able to get my money back through my bank a few days later.
I have to echo what others are saying here. The company has terrible customer service and won't respond to anything. I placed an order three months ago and they charged my card, but it's still sitting on their system as 'In Progress.' I've tried contacting them multiple times and haven't heard back once.
My review pretty much mirrors everyone else's. I paid for an order back in October 2022, it never got sent out, but they definitely charged my account. They even sent emails saying the shipment was prepared. I tried reaching out through 3 support tickets, 3 emails, Facebook, and a phone number they posted which doesn't work, and got zero response. I eventually disputed the charge through Paypal and I'm waiting for resolution. It's disappointing because I love the shorts, but I won't purchase from them again. The owner needs to understand that customers are the ones supporting the business. He clearly doesn't know what good customer service looks like.
I placed an order back in October 2021 for $215.28 using my credit card and it was charged. According to USPS the package was never shipped. I followed up with several emails and two letters, including one sent with registered mail. Nothing came back at all.
After waiting months for my order to arrive, I couldn't get anyone at the company to respond. My support requests went unanswered, nobody replied on their social platforms either. I finally had to dispute the charge with my credit card company, hoping that would force them to either ship my items or give me my money back.
My order came quickly, but don't think this works like a normal online retailer where returns are easy. There's no real return process at all, no exchanges, you just buy your own shipping label and mail it back and they don't track when it arrives. It took me 3 months and a chargeback before I finally got my money back. I sent 3 emails to support and all of them were ignored. Usually I just got an automated reply saying they're a small operation with just two people and can't handle messages so look on their messy website and FAQ. Here's the thing though, if you're selling $75 shorts and can't provide a decent customer experience, then you shouldn't be in business.
