Sorted by: Most recentOrdered back on April 16 and it's now September and I still haven't received my package. The tracking says USPS is waiting for a pickup. I've sent a lot of emails with no replies from the company. I used to buy from them regularly but not anymore unless they fix this.
Was really disappointed by this company. I ordered shorts on the 24th of July and weeks later it was still showing as processing. Another week went by and suddenly it said 'back ordered' without explanation. I sent them an email and waited a week with no response. Meanwhile they keep sending me promotional emails even though they can't actually fulfill orders. Terrible experience. I'd recommend staying away and telling friends to do the same. Update on the 18th: Got a text that it changed back to 'processing' status. This happened nearly a month after I paid for it!
I really like their clothing but the customer service is absolutely terrible and basically doesn't exist. I placed my second order for $161 and months went by without a single message from them no matter how many times I tried reaching out. Thankfully I'd used Paypal, so I filed a dispute with them. The company wouldn't even respond to Paypal! Paypal ended up refunding my full amount, which saved me.
The founder and everyone running this company are either completely incompetent or they're running a scam operation. Check out what the Better Business Bureau has to say about them. They never answer support requests and actually tell people to mail letters to get the fastest response which is ridiculous. If you're going to sell products you need to provide actual support. I got sent the wrong size even though I ordered correctly, and they sent me something totally different. Their COO reached out at first apologizing and promising a replacement, so I mailed back the wrong ones with tracking. I paid for delivery confirmation and confirmed they got them. I even emailed that COO the day I shipped it with the tracking number. Six months have passed now with many follow-up emails asking for an update and absolutely nothing. DO NOT give these people your money unless you're okay losing it and being frustrated.
