Like everyone else here, I clicked that unsubscribe button at least six separate times, and I also called them directly where someone promised it would be fixed right away. Spoiler alert: it wasn't. Why would anybody want to give money to a company that just harasses you constantly? That's a terrible way to run a business.
Stuck getting bombarded with emails constantly, at least daily, and there's no way to stop them. I've tried unsubscribing on their site, sent them emails, even called them up. Nothing works. This is ridiculous and honestly should be illegal. Steer clear of this company.
WWBW has become my favorite spot for getting acoustic guitars. I've purchased three from them now. Their service has been excellent and shipping was fast at no extra cost. I was able to negotiate a solid price, got expedited overnight shipping, and even scored an extra five percent discount. They didn't do the setup work, but that's fine since I prefer having my own luthier handle it anyway. Jay and Brad really made sure I'd come back. Great all around.
Bought a Suzuki MDG-300 digital piano from them on a November date and it arrived a few weeks later. Had a handyman help put it together for a fee. After spending nearly two grand on the piano plus another hundred fifty to assemble it, the thing was broken right out of the box. Called them and they said I could send it back. The issue is this piano weighs over two hundred pounds. They told me to take it apart, box it back up in that huge box, let their truck grab it, wait for a replacement, and pay another hundred fifty to set up the new one. That didn't sound great, so I asked if a technician could just fix it instead. They gave me a list of techs and eventually found someone willing to help. I'll give them credit though: once I got connected with someone, the customer service was really solid and responsive. The problem is they won't have replacement parts available until after February since everything gets shipped from overseas. So here I am stuck with a piano I paid for but can't use for at least four months after purchase.
Got a beginner trumpet and some accessories for my son's middle school band. Everything arrived in perfect shape, and the trumpet sounds wonderful for someone just getting started. The ordering process was smooth, and delivery came quicker than I expected. Since our local music shops keep closing down, we're definitely going to keep shopping with them going forward.
