You'd think they'd reject the charge since my info didn't match the billing address, but nope. They gave me conflicting answers about redirecting the shipment, then said it wasn't possible. I just wanted to give a nice gift without drama, but instead I got a headache and still don't know what was actually delivered. Won't come back.

Bought a coffee maker with press and it arrived broken. When pouring, liquid wouldn't flow properly and just ran down the side and spilled everywhere. The support team treated me like I was an idiot from the start, as though I'd never seen a coffee maker before. They also tried shifting the story to make it sound like I just didn't want the product anymore, probably to dodge paying for return shipping. They say they sent a refund but won't cover the cost of shipping the item back. This has been my absolute worst online shopping experience. Stay away. Their marketing makes these look like premium goods but they're anything but. Total waste of money.
