When I tried calling their support line, nobody picked up and I was stuck waiting for half an hour. I ordered some batteries that got stuck on their end and they told me to report it through their website, but the options weren't useful at all. Then they gave me authorization to return items I never even got in the first place. This whole situation is a nightmare. It would really help to actually speak with a real person instead of dealing with their automated support system which is basically useless. Stay away from Fenix products if you can help it.
There was a buy one get one promotion running. Turns out this doesn't mean you get the second item free like you'd expect, it means I got a free pen instead, which I have no use for. They did respond to my complaint via email, but it's clear they don't really care. In my opinion that makes things even worse. I'd suggest looking elsewhere for your purchases.
Can't get anyone on the phone and they're refusing to honor the warranty for my flashlight. I even contacted the parent company Fenix about how unhelpful this branch is, and they didn't do anything about it. The situation is even worse because Fenix has a policy where only the original seller can handle repairs, so I can't even take my light to another authorized dealer for service.
I normally have good experiences with Fenix Store and their flashlights arrive quickly. The flashlights themselves are solid quality and built to last. However, one flashlight quit working while still under warranty so I sent it back for repairs. Unfortunately it came back looking awful with deep scratches and gouges all over the surface. When I shipped it out, the light was in perfect condition. I'd think a repair job would at least maintain the item's condition. They should either fix things without causing damage or send a replacement if they can't do the repair properly. Because of this experience, I'm done shopping with them.
I own a certain model flashlight where the tailcap button is unreliable, working some days and not working other days. I called their customer service and they asked for my serial number. I gave it to them, but they claimed it wasn't legitimate, which doesn't make sense since I read it straight off the light. They weren't helpful at all, came across as rude, and kept demanding I fill out forms without even telling me if replacement parts were available. Their support staff is a complete mess. I'm never buying their stuff again. They treat customers poorly.
Charged my card on November 26th. On December 3rd I got an apology saying they messed up fulfilling my order. Then on December 5th their site went down. I'm out eighty bucks.

This company is basically operating out of a garage with no real customer support phone line. The service is ridiculous. Good luck trying to get your money back if something goes wrong.
I own a certain tactical flashlight model and was looking for a compatible pressure switch. Their website says a specific remote pressure switch would work, and even the packaging says the same thing. It's completely incompatible. The switch doesn't function with my flashlight and doesn't even physically attach. This is really annoying.
