Got the Hadleigh Place Stripe tote on sale and I'm thrilled. I already own it in Porcini plaid and it's become one of my favorites. What really gets me is how adaptable this bag is - you can shape it different ways and the color options are just beautiful. These totes pair with literally everything in my closet. I'm grateful Radley brought in this new Design Director.

The Radley Hadleigh Place Porcini Tote just arrived and it's absolutely gorgeous. I saw it featured in the October fashion program interview but it's so much nicer in hand. Planning to get the striped version too. This bag is incredibly functional and works as multiple different styles. The color palette is fantastic.

I caught a fashion program featuring Amanda Wakeley discussing the new Radley Creative Director and his debut collection launching this fall. His background really caught my eye. When the Radley Chancery in Sheepskin debuted on the show, I was immediately hooked. I ordered it as soon as I returned to the States. Just received it via FedEx and wow, it's incredible. The quality and craftsmanship rival my luxury designer bags and it's hard to believe the $398 price tag. A friend spotted it and ordered one too, though hers is already backordered. I'm really looking forward to the raffia version he previewed for next year.

This company gets orders out super fast and everything always comes beautifully packaged. I haven't needed customer support myself, but my friend has dealt with them and said they were super responsive and helpful. There's a reason this is my go-to brand for bags.

Was browsing the website and spotted this pattern with the scottie dog woven into a herringbone design - absolutely loved it! Grabbed the 3-compartment crossbody and it's now my absolute favorite bag. Perfect size with zipped pockets for keeping things secure plus a center snap for quick access to essentials like keys and glasses. Got mine on sale, otherwise the regular pricing might be steep for my budget, though honestly these bags are worth it.

Really disappointed with my recent purchase. I bought a wallet using a promotional code from their website. Four days in they cancelled saying it was unavailable, and by then my coupon had expired. I reached out asking about it and they said they'd refund the difference if I ordered a different color. I did that, but then they completely stopped responding to my emails, wouldn't reply to my messages, and when I finally got through on the phone line I just got disconnected. This whole ordeal left a bad taste and I won't be shopping with them again.

My entire experience with this store has been fantastic, even when there was a shipping address mistake. They fixed it and made it right. The purses themselves are absolutely lovely and a joy to carry around.

I've purchased from this company three separate times and the shipments from Tennessee arrived in California really quickly each time. Every handbag was beautifully made from leather and came wrapped thoughtfully with tissue and sealed plastic packaging. I'm very happy with my orders and plan to keep shopping here. My one issue is that the US site doesn't clearly show stock availability before you dig into individual product pages, which meant lots of wasted time searching through items that weren't actually available.

Radley used to be better than this. I ordered a leather bag from their US site and picked it up from the post office on May 18th. The new bag came in a sealed plastic bag with no moisture packets, which seemed off. When I opened it I found the cream lining had some kind of staining or mold on it. I emailed them immediately with photos. Their response was to blame me and claim the shipping time caused the damage. The customer service leader only offered me 10% back just to keep the defective bag. That's not acceptable when I paid full price for something new. A couple days later I got an email calling me abusive, even though I only sent two polite messages and never called them at all. This is not how a quality brand should treat customers.

Picked up a gorgeous purse with an amazing discount and it arrived within two days. Can't say enough good things about Radley - the craftsmanship is really top notch and these items hold up over time. You definitely get what you pay for. Highly suggest them to anyone looking for quality bags.
