When I needed to switch from Windows 10 to a brand new Windows 11 machine, IDrive's support team guided me through the entire process of backing up and restoring everything without any hiccups. I'd absolutely recommend IDrive to anyone searching for a dependable cloud backup solution!
CAUTION!!! Extremely hard to cancel and they'll keep charging you forever. STOP!!! DO NOT PROVIDE YOUR CREDIT CARD DETAILS TO THIS COMPANY!!!! If you try to disable automatic subscription renewal, they'll automatically reset your password in keychain!!! You cannot delete your payment method or turn off recurring charges!!!! This is clearly deliberate. You will almost certainly need a replacement credit card once you sign up.
ALERT!!! This company is extremely difficult to leave and will continue charging your card. DO NOT SHARE YOUR CREDIT CARD WITH THESE PEOPLE!!!! When you attempt to cancel auto renewal, they automatically update your keychain password!!! There's no way to remove your payment method or turn off auto billing!!!! This appears intentional. The odds you'll need to replace your credit card after joining is virtually certain.
