I asked support for a refund on the overcharge and got shut down completely. They said their policy only allows refunds within three days of delivery. Since I caught their mistake on day eight, they refused to return my money and closed the case. A real business wouldn't put a seventy-two hour limit on fixing billing errors from their own false advertising. They enforce this rule knowing most people don't check their statements that fast. Don't believe what their site says the fees are.
There are dishonest shoppers using this platform to run scams and the company barely does anything about it. You can report these problems but nothing meaningful happens to the bad actors delivering your groceries.
Stay away from this company. I made one order and somehow got automatically enrolled in a yearly subscription for about $104 that I never signed up for. They claimed the charge wouldn't go through until 2027, but don't take the risk. Just find somewhere else to shop online because you might end up with surprise charges for stuff you didn't agree to.
I've used this service fourteen times without complaining, but this last order was unacceptable. I was told they couldn't find chicken and ground turkey at the store, but that doesn't explain why fourteen other items weren't delivered either. The delivery window kept changing and it finally showed up at five thirty-five. The driver just left everything at my door and sent a text from the hallway. Didn't even knock. Won't be using them again.

Terrible company with no integrity. They advertise discounts that don't actually work. They said forty dollars off if you spend one hundred, so I grabbed one hundred twenty dollars worth of stuff. Then they offered ten dollars off with a forty dollar minimum instead. When I tried to use that coupon, the ten dollar discount vanished. This company is full of it. The grocery delivery market is wide open for someone honest to come in and do this right.
